애니추천.com은 회원가입, 로그인, 댓글, 결제 기능을 제공하지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 전화번호를 사이트 안에서 직접 입력받지 않습니다. 서비스 제공, 보안과 장애 대응, 이용 현황 파악, 광고 제공, 문의 처리를 위해 아래 범위의 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

2. 처리되는 정보와 보유기간

• 접속 정보 IP 주소, 접속 시각, 브라우저·기기 및 요청 정보가 호스팅·CDN 사업자에 의해 서비스 전송, 보안과 장애 대응 목적으로 처리될 수 있으며 각 사업자의 정책에 따른 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
• 브라우저 저장 정보 효과음 ON/OFF 설정과 추천 범위(출처가 연결된 기본 추천 또는 전체 카탈로그)가 브라우저의 localStorage에 저장되며, 사용자가 브라우저 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 유지됩니다.
• 광고 준비 상태 현재 배포 후보 빌드는 홈·검색·결과·정책·문의·404에서 Google AdSense 스크립트를 요청하지 않습니다. 추후 승인을 받고 광고를 활성화하면 이 방침과 동의 관리 상태를 먼저 갱신합니다.
• 문의 정보 문의 내용, 제출 시각과 이용자가 회신을 위해 자발적으로 제공한 연락처는 문의 확인 및 답변을 위해 처리되며, 대응 완료 후 1년 이내에 삭제합니다. 법령에 따른 보존 의무가 있으면 해당 기간을 따릅니다.

3. 브라우저 저장 정보

localStorage에 저장된 추천 설정은 애니추천.com 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 사용자는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능 또는 사이트 푸터의 “이 기기 설정 삭제” 버튼으로 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 효과음과 추천 범위가 기본값으로 초기화됩니다.

4. 쿠키, 분석 및 광고

방문 현황과 페이지 성능 확인을 위해 Cloudflare Web Analytics를 사용합니다. 이 도구는 분석 목적으로 쿠키나 localStorage를 사용하지 않고 개인 방문자를 추적하지 않으며, 페이지 조회와 로딩 성능 같은 최소한의 통계 정보를 처리합니다. 자세한 내용은 Cloudflare의 데이터 수집 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

사이트 소유권 확인용 ads.txt는 유지하지만 현재 배포 후보에는 AdSense 실행 코드를 넣지 않습니다. 추후 광고를 활성화하면 Google을 포함한 제3자 광고 사업자가 광고 제공·부정 이용 방지·측정을 위해 쿠키, 웹 비콘, IP 주소 또는 기타 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 Google 광고 설정에서 맞춤 광고를 관리할 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역, 영국 및 스위스에서 광고를 활성화하기 전 Google 인증 동의 관리 플랫폼을 설정해 동의, 거부 및 옵션 관리 선택을 제공할 예정입니다. 5. 외부 서비스와 국외 처리

운영자는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영 과정에서 아래 사업자가 각자의 정책과 계약에 따라 정보를 해외 데이터센터에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 정보는 서비스 이용 또는 문의 제출 시 암호화된 네트워크를 통해 전송될 수 있으며, 이용자는 광고 동의를 거부하거나 문의 양식을 제출하지 않는 방법으로 선택할 수 있습니다. 다만 일부 맞춤 광고 또는 문의 답변이 제한될 수 있습니다.

6. 문의 양식

작품 정보 오류와 일반 문의는 Google Forms 문의 양식으로 접수합니다. 현재 양식은 로그인을 요구하거나 Google 계정 이메일을 자동 수집하지 않으며, 필수 문의 내용과 이용자가 직접 입력하는 선택적 회신 이메일만 받습니다. 양식은 Google의 외부 페이지에서 열리고 제출 정보와 요청 메타데이터는 Google과 양식 운영자의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 주민등록번호, 금융정보, 건강정보 등 민감한 개인정보를 입력하지 마세요.

7. 파기 절차와 방법

처리 목적이 달성되거나 보유기간이 끝난 문의 정보는 복구하기 어렵도록 Google Forms 응답 및 관련 기록에서 삭제합니다. localStorage 정보는 사용자가 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능으로 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 외부 사업자가 처리하는 정보는 각 사업자의 삭제 및 보유 정책을 따릅니다.

8. 이용자와 법정대리인의 권리

이용자 또는 만 14세 미만 이용자의 법정대리인은 운영자가 보유한 문의 정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 문의 양식으로 요청하면 본인 확인이 필요한 범위에서 지체 없이 처리합니다. 브라우저 저장 정보와 광고 쿠키는 브라우저 및 Google 광고 설정에서 직접 관리할 수 있습니다.

9. 안전성 확보 조치

사이트는 HTTPS 전송, Cloudflare의 보안·CDN 기능, 최소 권한의 브라우저 정책과 보안 응답 헤더를 사용합니다. 문의 응답에 대한 접근을 운영에 필요한 범위로 제한하고, 배포 파일에 비밀키나 문의 응답 원본을 포함하지 않습니다.

10. 개인정보 보호 담당과 권리 구제

개인정보 보호 담당은 애니추천.com 운영자입니다. 개인정보 관련 문의와 권리 행사는 문의 양식으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 추가적인 상담이 필요한 경우 개인정보침해 신고센터 또는 개인정보분쟁조정위원회를 이용할 수 있습니다.

11. 방침 변경

서비스 기능이나 외부 사업자가 변경되면 이 방침을 갱신하고 페이지 상단의 시행일을 변경합니다. 이용자 권리에 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 적용 전에 사이트에서 알아보기 쉽게 안내합니다.

1. Scope and purposes

Anime Recommendation does not provide accounts, sign-in, comments, or payment features, and does not directly ask users to enter their name, email address, or phone number on the site. Limited information may be processed to deliver and secure the service, diagnose errors, understand usage, provide advertising, and answer inquiries.

2. Information processed and retention

• Connection data Hosting and CDN providers may process an IP address, access time, browser, device, and request information for delivery, security, and troubleshooting, and retain it under their own policies.
• Browser storage Sound settings and the selected recommendation pool (the source-linked default list or the full catalog) are stored in localStorage until the user clears site data.
• Advertising status The current release candidate does not request Google AdSense scripts on the home, search, result, legal, contact, or 404 screens. This policy and consent setup will be updated before ads are enabled.
• Inquiry data Inquiry content, submission time, and contact details voluntarily supplied for a reply are used to answer the inquiry and deleted within one year after the response is completed, unless a longer period is required by law.

3. Browser storage

Recommendation settings stored in localStorage are not transmitted to the Anime Recommendation server. Users can remove them through browser site-data controls or the “Delete settings on this device” footer button. Clearing them resets sound and the recommendation pool to their defaults.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. Cloudflare states that this analytics product does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics and does not track individual visitors. See Cloudflare's data collection documentation.

We retain ads.txt for site-ownership preparation, but the current release candidate contains no AdSense execution code. If ads are enabled later, Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve, protect, and measure ads. Users can manage personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. Before enabling ads in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will configure a Google-certified consent management platform with consent, decline, and manage-options choices. 5. External services and international processing

The operator does not sell personal information. The providers below may process information in overseas data centers under their policies and agreements. Data may be transmitted over encrypted networks when the service is used or an inquiry is submitted. Users may decline advertising consent or choose not to submit the inquiry form, although personalized advertising or a reply may then be unavailable.

6. Inquiry form

Errors and general inquiries are accepted through our Google Forms inquiry form. The current form does not require sign-in or automatically collect a Google Account email. It accepts only required inquiry text and an optional reply email entered by the user. The form opens on an external Google page, where submitted data and request metadata are processed under the policies of Google and the form operator. Do not submit sensitive information such as national identification, financial, or health information.

7. Deletion

Inquiry data is deleted from Google Forms responses and related records when its purpose is complete and the retention period ends. Users can delete localStorage through browser site-data controls. Data processed by external providers is deleted and retained under their respective policies.

8. User and guardian rights

Users, or the legal guardian of a user under 14, may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of inquiry data held by the operator. Requests may be submitted through the form below and will be handled without undue delay after any necessary identity confirmation. Browser data and advertising cookies can be managed through browser and Google Ads settings.

9. Security measures

The site uses HTTPS, Cloudflare security and CDN features, limited browser permissions, and security response headers. Access to inquiry responses is limited to operational needs, and deployment files do not contain secret keys or original inquiry-response records.

10. Privacy contact and remedies

The privacy contact is the operator of Anime Recommendation. Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through the inquiry form. Users may also contact Korea's Privacy Infringement Report Center or Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.

11. Changes

We will update this policy and its effective date when service features or providers change. Material changes affecting user rights will be announced clearly on the site before they take effect.
